4955 LAKE SHORE DRIVE

4955 Lake Shore Drive in Bolton Landing, NY was one of the first projects in Upstate NY for Reggie Konet.  The entire interior was remodeled extensively.  The first floor retail space work included a new restroom, new finishes, new electric, new HVAC and all of the storefront windows were replaced.

The second floor apartments were updated and some were remodeled.
